- Case-specific assistance to strengthen personal responsibility, utilizing existing or activatable resources and abilities
- Development of individual employment opportunities for meaningful daily activities
- Ensuring social participation within the community and access to opportunities for engagement in one's social environment, with support if necessary
- Professional collaboration with network partners
- Referral to specialized institutions when required
