Objectives:

Preservation and enhancement of personal competencies and empowerment towards independence to ensure or maintain a dignified and individualized way of life
Case-specific assistance to strengthen personal responsibility, utilizing existing or activatable resources and abilities
Development of individual employment opportunities for meaningful daily activities
Ensuring social participation within the community and access to opportunities for engagement in one's social environment, with support if necessary
Professional collaboration with network partners
Referral to specialized institutions when required
